Hypsi is helmed by Executive Chef Terrence Gallivan, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and a part of Michelin starred kitchens in New York. Chef Terrence is the talent behind some of Houston’s most beloved restaurants, including The Pass & Provisions and Elro Pizza & Crudo, both earning national recognition.
